I see people schlepping around WAY too much stuff on flights. My carry-on consists of a small backpack, not a thing on wheels that weighs a ton. You'd be surprised how lightly you can pack if you try. Air fare has become incredibly affordable, it used to be expensive to fly and people got all dressed up for it. The same people you'd see on a Greyhound are now on flights sitting next to you in a sweaty tank top. They should have charged these fees a long time ago.
